Introducing a chatbot!

After the Golden Week holiday, our company has entered a busy period, thanks to your support.

In order to enhance the user experience, we have introduced a chatbot!

If you tap on the chatbot icon at the bottom right of the screen, you will be able to ask questions in a multiple-choice format without the need to search for information from frequently asked questions.

I believe that reading through common questions can be a hassle for anyone.

We will always strive to improve and prioritize the customer's perspective through technology!
